Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Emelri Collective, but we understand not every purchase will work out! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only, under the following conditions:

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, odors, or damage will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer. (i.e. makeup/ deodorant stains/ stains of any kind, cigarette smell, pet hair, perfume, etc.)

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will receive store credit only in the form of an Emelri Collective gift card.

  • Store credit does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased at a discounted rate of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.

  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, shoes, bags, etc.)

  • Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please complete the return process and place a new order using store credit.

  • Please note: Items can sell out quickly. If you don't want to wait for the return to process, you can place an order for the correct size immediately and save your store credit for a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@emelricollective.com within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses do not qualify as damaged. 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • You must complete the return form found in our Returns Portal before mailing back your items.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
