Processing Times

We know you're excited to receive your items! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

• Holiday Note: We do not ship on U.S. Federal Holidays.

• During high-volume seasons (like new collection drops or holidays), please allow an extra 1–2 days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (USPS/UPS) and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your label is printed, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Emelri Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@emelricollective.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right!
