Order Tracking
When your label is printed, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Emelri Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was stolen or is missing, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@emelricollective.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right!
